Reason for an Error Code 0xC0000225 Windows 10

Because this error is related to corrupted system information, it also occurs during an operating system upgrade (such as upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10).

That can happen even if the PC shuts down after a significant update, due to system documents pointing to Ransom ware or inferior hardware as well.

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot Windows 10 error code 0xC0000225.

 1: Build a Windows 10 Installation Disc

You cannot fix this problem from the inside, as can additional boot failures. You'll want to mount Windows 10 to a useful disk so that you can pull the right resources from there. Follow our guide to creating Windows 10 installation media to find the disk you need.

 2: Automatic Windows Repair

And the next problem would be to use the Windows 10 built-in troubleshooter. This can dynamically search the appliance for problems and aim to solve them independently. Fortunately, the contaminated BCD will reactivate so you can get back to work.

After booting from the Windows 10 installation disc, wait until you find the Windows setup page. Check the language options, then hit next. When you find the Install screen, press the Repair icon in the lower left corner of the device.

3: Run Manual SFC and Evaluate Disk Indexes

In case automatic Windows 10 error code repair doesn't work, you should try some vital device scans on your personal computer. Repeat the above process to start the Advanced Options menu, but do not select Automatic Repair. Choose Command Prompt to launch the command line interface.

Then run the System File Checker (SFC) control, which checks for damaged or faulty Windows system files and attempts to reactivate them.

Once finished, run the disk find scan to test for Error Code 0xc00000e9 on your window 10. Applying the following command to replace c: with the letter of your primary partition in case you have changed it

.  4: Rebuild the BCD

In the event that you are still having difficulties, another step you could take is to rebuild the BCD. Since this is always the source of the error, this could be a clue for you. Again, boot from the Windows 10 installation media and launch the Advanced Options menu. This time, also select Command Prompt.

Run the following commands, one at a time, the first command searches your disk (s) for harmonious deliveries, which can help you find your "missing" Windows settings. Commands three and two will soon write a new MBR and start the business on your disk. After restoring, the last command searches for Windows installations. Restart the computer again, and this may hide the error code 0xc0000225.

 5: Set your Current Partition

Windows helps you correct the active partition so that you can tell the device where to boot from. If that's wrong in any way, you can change it so that Windows points to the ideal partition. Proceed through the aforementioned to launch a command prompt on your Windows recovery drive. Press the following commands one at a time to open the Disk Partition utility and then display the available disks
